I had a couple of skins from old collections that I thought were trash until I looked them up on cs2 wiki. Turns out they were discontinued and had low drop volume, which bumped their price way up. What’s great is that the wiki explains each collection's origin and drop history — super helpful when you’re trying to evaluate long-term value. It also shows if a collection is tied to a now-retired operation or limited-time event, which usually signals future demand. If your skins are from those older batches, especially in good condition, they might be worth more than you think.
