Hey everyone, I'm looking into outsourcing web testing services and just wondering if anyone here has gone that route for quality assurance. I work on a small dev team, and we've been handling most of the testing in-house, but it's starting to slow us down big time. Bugs are slipping through, and it's affecting our release cycle.

I recently came across this site called https://testing4success.com/, and it looks like they specialize in QA testing services, but I don’t know anyone who’s actually used them. I’m curious how reliable outsourced QA testing is in general and what people’s real-world experiences have been like. Is it worth it cost-wise? Do they catch the stuff an internal team might miss?

If anyone’s got stories, good or bad, about outsourcing their web app or website testing, I’d love to hear them. Especially if you've worked with any Canadian-based QA companies like this one.
