I’m posting here because I’ve been having trouble finding tretinoin cream in South Africa, and I want to know if anyone else has faced the same problem.

I started tretinoin for acne marks and uneven tone, but getting a proper, fresh tube has not been easy. Many sellers don’t show batch numbers, some send products that look old, and a few even deliver packaging that doesn’t match what others receive. It makes you wonder how many people end up using expired or weak products without knowing.

Someone from a skincare group suggested tryingtretinoins.co.za, because they show manufacturing dates and ship within South Africa.
Has anyone here ordered from them? Did you get good results?

I also want to understand which strength works best for beginners. Some people say start with 0.025%, others in SA go straight to 0.05% for pigmentation. I’m just trying to avoid another bad dryness phase or a long purge.
