I've got a 2018 Infiniti Q50 that I've owned for about three years now, and it's been a great car overall, but recently the transmission has started acting up in a way that's really starting to worry me. When I'm driving in stop-and-go traffic, the car jerks noticeably when shifting between first and second gear, and sometimes it hesitates before engaging when I pull away from a stop. I've had the transmission fluid changed at the dealer, but the problem persists, and I'm starting to think it might be something more serious like a valve body issue or even a torque converter problem. I've been to a couple of general garages, but they don't seem to have the right diagnostic tools to properly read the Infiniti transmission control module, and they just keep suggesting a full transmission rebuild without actually diagnosing the root cause. I'm looking for a workshop in Dubai that actually specializes in Infinitis and has the experience to properly diagnose these gearbox issues. I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a workshop that knows these cars inside out and won't just try to sell me an expensive rebuild when it might be something much simpler.
