Hello everyone.

I recently started planning a large community event and I am struggling with managing participant sign-ups efficiently. A friend suggested I look into a dedicated platform, but I am unsure where to begin.

After some research, I came across the concept of an Online Registration Hub, which seems to centralize everything from form creation to payment processing.

Has anyone here used one for managing registrations at scale? I want to know if it truly simplifies the workflow or adds unnecessary complexity. Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
