I'm confused needed some advice I started my menstrual cycle at the end of May ended in the beginning of June I had unprotected sex June 14-16 than on June 16 I started spotting it was a light pink it only lasted 3 days normally my period lasts 5 days and it's heavy I went to the hospital cause I had bad back pains and headaches turns out I had a uti well my bestfriend found out she was pregnant by going to the hospital a for havin a uti too long and she came out pregnant ? So is it my period or may I be pregnant ?

Depends on the type of pregnancy test and it's instructions. For most pregnancy test, it's better to wait until your period is late. In order to get a more accurate reading.

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you had unprotected intercourse your chances for a pregnancy to occur a higher. In order to know if you are pregnant, you should take a home pregnancy test.
