Hi all, so i had protected sex but the condom tore. The next day i went and drank the morning after pill. I had some bleeding about 5 days after that. The next month my period came on its normal time. But the month after that, it is 4 days late. I am worried. It is not possible for me to be pregnant as i havent had sex since my last period! What is going on, can anyone help?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

It's not possible to get pregnant if you have had a menstrual period and have not had sex again. Your hormones may be a little off this month but your period should be along soon. You can take a pregnancy test if you'd like extra reassurance.

Hi Susan, thank you for the reply!
Yes I know... but you know i was still scared for some reason.
My period finally came today but it is very light. I think my hormones are just completely confused!
But I did buy a pregnancy test just to make 100% sure.
Thank you!
