okay so I engaged on dry humping and then 4-5 days later I got my period and it’s been like 3 weeks since the dry humping and my tummy looks big am I pregnant?? I overthink a lot and I’m scared

Dry humping cannot result in pregnancy as there are clothes worn. Since you had a period after then that is confirmation that there is no pregnancy.
You may be experiencing PMS/bloating since your period is due in a week or you may have gained weight this month.

You can't be pregnant if you didn't have sex and you were wearing clothes - that is basic common sense.
