i just started taking birth control yaz only one out of the pack last night around 8pm . my boyfriend ejaculate inside me 10 am do i need to take a morning after or am i safe

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to our community before taking an emergency contraceptive. Please telephone your gynecologist's office, report what has happened and follow recommendations.

It is recommended that back up protection, a condom, is used during the first week of initially starting birth control.

I do not want to recommend taking an ECP. That is up to your gyencologist.
