You can't get pregnant this way. Clothing prevents genital to genital contact, intercourse, and ejaculate from entering the vaginal canal. Her period is late for other reasons. This isn't altogether unusual for teens and younger women. Stress, a lifestyle change, among other things can impact the cycle as well.
