Could I Possibly be Pregnant?

Had sex the last day of my period which was December 23rd. Period was due January 19th.. I’m 22 days late with it being February 10th today. I took 4 home throughout the two weeks waiting, and the pregnancy tests so far they are all negative. I’m having major pregancy symptoms, down to the nasuea early in the morning and horrible constipation (which I never get) and white flakes coming off my nipples. (Sorry for tmi) I can’t eat anything really expect chocolates and juices. I did spot brownish-wine color for 3 days but only enough on a pantyliner on January 30-1st. My emotions are everywhere! I get mad for everything and cry for the wrong reasons.. I rescheduled my OBGYN appointment 4 times and haven’t had time to make it due to my work schedule. I’m Freaking out, can anyone help?

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Not eating enough fiber and having adequate fluid intake can cause constipation. Stress is likely causing the delay in your period as all your pregnancy tests are negative. However, If you still don't believe the test results, the only thing you can do is see your GYN and have a blood pregnancy test taken. Feaking out will not help. For future, to avoid this kind of stress, think about using condoms or other BC methods.
