So confused
Well In August I was assaulted sexually. Believe it was CD 16 (close to when I would be ovulating). There was no penetration of the penis neither did our genitals touch. The only thing I feared was sperm being on fingers and that’s it. Then, cd32 started bleeding. Again, I bled on cd 30 twice after that but this cycle has just been super weird as I only had brown discharge on cd 18 and 19 and this is so weird for me. I got freaked out and don’t see how I can be pregnant with multiple bleeding episodes, many bfn (still getting them), negative blood and ultra sound. I calculated online and I figured out I would be round 15-16 wks along if that encounter did make me pregnant. I’m kinda freaking out coz I’m on cd 33 now and still nothing. Lost some weight because I have no appetite really due to stress over the discharge. I’ve read stories how virgin births have happened and that’s freaked me out even more. I’ve not had sex at all or any sexual contact (except for the assault in August) and im just saving myself for my husband next year .. I’m just stressing out so bad coz I really want to be with my fiancé BUT I Fear I may be pregnant and my levels are rising slowly. From what I’ve said does It sound like I’m pregnant?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing and I'm very sorry to know about your assault.

There is no way you are pregnant. Your cycle is delayed likely due to the emotional aftermath of the assault. I hope you are seeking help regarding your anxiety - the better you feel emotionally, the healthier your body will be.
Best,
Susan
