15 hour ago I touch a substance that is most likely cm on my pants (in 1 to 2 hour period after it being ejaculated) then I touch my vaginal opening, there was only slight dampness on my finger, I'm going to take plan b pill today but I feel like I've already ovulated. Can I get pregnant?

If you already ovulated, Plan B will be ineffective so don't bother taking it.
If you miss your next period or are late by at least one week, take a home pregnancy test.
