My boyfriend rubbed his penis on may vagina but not inserted into it,but he ejaculated before 4 hour and that time his psnis was dry.can i get pregnent?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  If he only rubbed his penis and did not ejaculate close to your vagina is unlikely you will get pregnant this way.
