I was born into a world of music, rhythm, and performance. My father conducted orchestras, and my mother was a singer and television presenter, so creativity and discipline were basically the family language. I studied piano, solfeggio, and choir, and at six I began gymnastics before joining a professional dance group—performing for the next eight years. For me, dance was never “just movement.” On stage, something bigger switched on: energy, presence, connection. The audience’s joy became my own.
Years of intense training taught me a simple truth: grace requires balance. In the early 2000s I began studying yoga—Anusara, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Hatha—not only to stay strong and flexible, but to cultivate emotional steadiness, spiritual resilience, and energetic clarity. My path expanded into nutrition, Chinese and Tibetan energy practices, and the teachings of masters like Dmitry Lapshinov, whose work integrates wisdom from India, Tibet, and China into systems for soul-body evolution.
Ayurveda entered my life through spiritual travel and study in India, where I trained in Ayurvedic beauty, longevity, wellness, and lifestyle. It felt like coming home: self-care as ritual, healing as sacred living. Journeys to places like Mt. Kailash deepened that understanding.
CureNatural is where I share this lifelong practice—helping people listen to their bodies, understand their unique nature, and return to a life that feels aligned, empowered, and inspired.
