after having sex i took contraceptive a week letter i bleed for 3days , i also had a pt test it was negative. now i have been having watery CM for few days no sign of period. should i be worried?

I feel sore nipples when I ovulate, did I bleed, got my period and ovulated same time? because it all happens between a space of one week. I took contraceptive a day after unprotected sex. im likely to get pregnant
