Psoriatic arthritis and Treatment

I’m having issues with my Rheumatologist, obtaining proper medication. Because I have several chronic illnesses, my Doc feels biologic would be too dangerous. Doc, considering Otezla.
Most People don’t understand this illness, signs and symptoms.
Currently, my psoriasis is in remission.
