Yes, I have.Most of my anxiety now comes from being a caregiver.

I have major depressive disorder and have had it for many years. Severe depression is hard enough to deal with but now I'm having extreme anxiety as well. I really feel like I'm losing it.

I used to be a lot like "weezie747 ". I wouldn't even drive to the next town just a few miles away. When we planned a vacation, I thought I would literally die. I imagined all sorts of terrible things that would happen if we left home. Fortunately the right anti-depressant got me through that. Now the anxiety I deal with is trying to stop things from happening that I have absolutely no control of. Such as , if I try hard enough I can keep my 85 year old mother from falling...if I plan things just right, her dementia won't get worse...I am my own worst enemy . A thought goes through my mind and it like I can't control it. I just run away with it instead of stopping and realizing what it is...just a thought!

I have anxiety. I am afraid to go anywhere by myself. I dont want to be alone and but get panic attacks when in a crowd. I feel like I am going crazy sometimes.
