EmpowHER Guest My daughter gets really bad nose bleeds which last a while with huge bloody,mucous blood clots coming from her nose and mouth is this normal? This happens once twice a month if not more do I need to worry cause I'm freaking out

EmpowHER Guest I am a 70 yr. old female, no health issues, no medications and had a nose bleed from 1am until 4:30 am. I used hot packs, cold packs and eventually stuck a cotton ball in my left nostril when it finally stopped. Lots of heavy clots.
