You can't "make love" (have sex) with clothes on - you're just making out. White fluid is sperm. Have you had any sex education at all? Do you know anything about sex? If not, search our website under Sex 101 - we have lots of information that can help you.
Nobody can get pregnant with clothes on and when they don't have intercourse. Sperm does not penetrate clothing.
