Nothing you did could cause pregnancy. You have to have intercourse and be ovulating to get pregnant. Stop doing these things if it causes you such stress and learn more about how sex works - you can read books or go online to a reputable website to know more - or go to the library.
It's more concerning that your boyfriend could kill someone while engaging in all this while driving.
