In order to get pregnant, a woman has to have intercourse with ejaculation, or at the very least, ejaculation at the opening of her vagina. There cannot be a barrier - and there were two thin barriers (your respective underwear). While sperm can lay on underwear, it can't penetrate two layers. Think of water on a thin tissue - that water will seep through. Think of sperm like pudding on a cloth napkin. It will sit on the pudding without seeping through.
The woman would also have to be ovulating. So there is no risk.
