Some women will have spotting after taking ECP. If you don't have any bleeding within 3 weeks of taking the medication, it's recommended that you test for pregnancy. So, if no bleeding occurs, you can test. If only to ease your mind as we already spoke about pre-ejaculate being an unlikely scenario. ECP can cause your cycle to be out of sorts for a bit so be aware of this. That's why it's meant for emergency situations only such as contraception failure.
