Your underwear would prevent genital to genital contact and prevent ejaculate from entering her. Unless your underwear slipped off or to the side. Only you would know this. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening. That said, accidents can happen at any time, so wearing a condom during any sort of genital contact is wise.
