It sounds like a gastroenteritis, which is an infection of the digestive tract, or a virus.
Fever, back pain, sore throat and vomiting are not signs of pregnancy. If you have been taking your daily birth control pill at the same time each day, there should be no risk of becoming pregnant.
If these symptoms persist. please reach out to your primary care physician. In the meantime, drink fluids, if you can keep them down. Water, chicken broth and tea are good choices.
