There is no definite way to determine that. However, the vaginal bleeding that occurs as a side effect usually happens a few days after taking the pill. Your next period can also be disrupted. Whether the vaginal bleeding you experience next is your regular period or not, doesn't really matter. Since you took the pill on time, you will not become pregnant.
