You are not pregnant , therefore, fatigue and increased urination are not early signs of pregnancy. Nor does Plan B One Step cause these symptoms.
Having your period confirms you are not pregnant.

Taking the pill was not necessary and taken too late to be effective even if there was a risk for conceiving. From your post, I am assuming there was no vaginal penetration with ejaculation. I doubt any semen remained on your finger.

The heavier than normal flow and spotting a few days later were both caused by taking the pill.

Please consider using some type of birth control on a regular basis. Learn the different options and choose the right one for you.
