Let me explain. In order for pregnancy to occur, there must be a released egg (ovulation) and sperm enters the vagina (penetration with ejaculation).
Pre-ejaculate fluid does not always contain sperm. There can be sperm present if there has been recent ejaculation ( masturbated and ejaculated). But, once the male urinates, the stow away sperm is flushed out with the urine.
