There is no possibility of pregnancy in this case. First of all, having a period is the first sign that you are not pregnant. Secondly, you cannot become pregnant because he was wearing a condom which did not break.

Also, most doctors will proscribe birth control pills for women with irregular periods. However, it is not necessary to have a regular period unless you are trying to get pregnant or you have severe symptoms like debilitating cramps without bleeding.

Taking birth control pills may however, ease your mind when having intercourse.
