Normally, I would say that because you had a normal period you are not pregnant.
I am concerned about the frequent need to urinate. It might indicate a urinary tract infection. Of equal concern are the back pain, which if you were pregnant it would be much too early to be the cause, and stomach cramps.
I can think of two options. One is to take a pregnancy test in the morning, and use the urine when you first wake up. Second option is to contact your gynecologist and report your symptoms.
