Although this is clever, it's not necessarily true. You are whatever you eat. If you used to eat junk, then it will reflect on your weight gain. However, if you change your diet to healthier options, then it will reflect upon weight loss-- If you go back to eating poorly, then the weight will come back. Whatever you are eating presently, will reflect upon the person. The great thing about this is that we have the power to change.
