Cramps and back pain may be signs of pregnancy, but it is still too soon for you to see those kind of symptoms so they are not from pregnancy unless you were ovulating on the 9th (not likely if you have a 28 day cycle). There is no way of knowing whether or not you could be pregnant until you have a late or missed period. Other causes of back pain include strains, sprains, or spasms, herniated disk, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. Cramps can be a sign of an oncoming period.
