I am unclear if you had a menstrual period or not, as extremely light bleeding for a duration of 3-7 days can be a normal period. Your description makes it sound as if you had such light bleeding that you experienced nothing on the pad...I'm not sure how you can have bleeding or spotting with nothing on a pad or tampon or underwear? How long did this occur?
More importantly: an early pregnancy symptom does not include white discharge from your breasts. Please call your doctor and have a medical examination.
