Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. We cannot diagnose you. If the swelling concerns you, call your doctor. Have you noticed any weight gain, or injuries lately that could explain what you're experiencing? It never hurts to call the doctor and let them know when you experience these things. Also, you may want to make a note of it in a calendar, so you can track any changes in symptoms, etc. in case you do end up going to the doctor. That way, you will be able to advocate for yourself better by being able to communicate that information clearly and without doubt.
