I have meaning to get on here and post a comment...I got diagnosed almost a month ago and I was so upset. I found all these comments and I tried everything you mentioned. Tanning is what did it for me. I saw results the next morning it was the only thing that gave me instant results. I would take him and just let him tan for a few mins everyday or every other day. My ps was severe it went up my neck and some on my face, I tanned for a week straight and poof it was gone. Just take him before it starts spreading maybe you can end its course in a shorter time.
