Hello Anonymous,

That us a long time. Consider scheduling an appointment with either a gynecologist or your primary care physician. Because the menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones, there may be a hormonal imbalance at play. Not sure that increased drinking and smoking could be factors.
