Do not take Plan B again. Taking another dose so soon after the recent dose on August 16 will really mess up your hormonal balance.
The menstrual cycle is controlled by hormones. Any thing that upsets the normal balance will affect your period.
Some women experience changes in their menstrual cycle after taking this pill. The irregular vaginal bleeding which you noticed is probably the start of your period, which will be different after taking Plan B.
Having sexual intercourse at the start of your period will not stop your period from continuing.
If you are so inclined to have sex so often, please get a prescription for birth control, either pills, patch or shot. And start using birth control daily. Condoms are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. And the "pull-out" method is even less reliable.
