You should be fine. First of all, you are not having unprotected sex when you are on birth control pills! That is protection! And second, when you miss only one pill and make it up as you did, your protection is almost as high as if you didn't miss a pill. And then third, you went and used the morning-after pill, and you used it within the recommended time of 72 hours. So I can't see how you possibly could be pregnant after all that. Just keep taking your birth control pills until you are finished with this pack; I am guessing your period will come then as expected. Try not to stress about it too much, as that in itself can throw your body off.
