find the most accurate ingredient list, instructions, etc... whatever you can before you actually buy them and take it in to your doctor to get it Ok'd... that way if there is any contraindications with your medications, you wouldn't have wasted your money. I know what you are talking about as I too have medication that can either have an increased or decreased effect when combined with certain foods or chemicals.
