All, I just wanted everyone to know that although I did notice some changes in my eating (feeling full and as a result eating less) since I started the Fat Burners and Calorie Counters - I began NOT to feel right. I stopped a little less then a week ago because I went to the Dr and for the first time EVER my blood pressure was high - 130/83. I am a 30 year old who exercises at least 3-4 times a week, and although my eating habits aren't the best, they aren't the worst either. When I went to the Dr's I mentioned the pill and showed her. She said that is probably why my BP is high, and to be careful because the ingredients (most of them that we can actually see on the label) are in the rare form (meaning that they are natural). Some people don't realize that they are allergic to some of the things listed (and those that are not). So, just be careful. I am always looking for a fast and easy way to loose weight, but in the skeem of things the way to loose it and keep it off is changing your diet and exercising. Good luck everyone, and be safe.
