There is no need to test for pregnancy, if that is your concern.

One side effect of taking Plan B is a change in your menstrual cycle. That means that your period may start earlier or later than normal. In your situation, with a history of irregular menstrual cycles, back-to-back periods were probably the result of taking Plan B.

You can have a heavier than normal menstrual flow because of taking Plan B.

If you are concerned about your irregular menstrual cycles, I suggest that you make an appointment with a gynecologist. Some women find that their menstrual cycles regulate once they begin taking oral contraceptives regularly.
