Hi Ladies! I really appreciate your continuous feedback, it helps me so much. Diane: I'm so happy for you that your thyroid is doing well and you're ranges are normal. Thanks for the updates on the lab results with Vitamin A too. I think we can definitely pinpoint this to a yeast allergy now, but how do we fix it? Along with the sticky skin I've been having terrible pelvic pain, and I just found out that the type of yeast I have is Candida Glabrata (a very stubborn type), and it's resistant to the yeast medications I've tried. I guess I'm having an allergic reaction to that and it's causing all of my symptoms. I got some EpiCeram from my dermatologist too... I used a little bit on my hands and it made them really soft. It has one unfriendly ingredient in it, but it seems ok otherwise. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly helps me too.

I learned from reading the Yeast Connection that yeast overgrowth cause chemical sensitivies & yeast allergies to occur. I drink many different types of bottled water. Last night I drank Dasani, and my pain felt worse... I looked on the label and there are several added chemical ingredients including salt, yikes! Now I need to search for a bottled water that is yeast/chemical friendly. They say to drink Distilled water when dealing with Candida overgrowth. I'm sure it doesn't taste very good, but I'm going to give it a try & maybe add some fresh squeezed lemon for flavor.

Kacha: My sticky skin occurs only when moist. All other times, my skin is extremely dry & feels like aligator skin. Sorry to hear you're not well. I can relate... I'm in the worst pain of my life and I'm a sticky mess. Can't wait to get this figured out. I'm keeping the faith!
