A sharp pain, burning and itching in your breast could indicate an infection. I know you don't have health insurance, but can you go to a local walk-in clinic and have this checked? It would be an out-of-pocket expense, but leaving a possible infection untreated can be more expensive in the long run (infections do not just go away on their own, and are more difficult to treat when not diagnosed early).
Please let us know what your diagnosis is, and it is really important to have your symptoms evaluated by a doctor.
