Have you tried talking with him in a loving way (not accusing) way? Let him know that it bothers you that your sex life seems to be going through a down-turn. Find out how he feels about it. Try to focus on other things than sex for a while, and see if the sex comes back naturally. If not, and you don't get anywhere talking, you can decide to move on. Try to not complicate things too much. Understandably, your boyfriend may have been though a lot overseas, so try to give it a little time, but when you decide it's been enough, stick to what you want, and don't accept anything but happiness.
