break it off with her! spare her the heartache of going on daily thinking you love her and want her when you don't! you need to let her begin to gather her own life back together again, and if you continue this any longer, it will only be harder for both of you in the end. Why would you keep dragging her in a 5 year relationship, are you going to wait til she's 40 and not in her prime and make it much harder for her to find love?
i think a major reason you haven't broke up with her is because of your own insecurities. You NEED her, you're scared if you leave her, you won't find someone to immediately replace her and you'll be alone. Get off yourself and think about what's best for the BOTH of you.
