Beth, can you tell me what bile salt you are taking?
I had my gallbladder removed a year ago (Dec 09) and have had nothing but problems with digestion, & weight gain. I was taking a drug called Welchol to help w/ digestion which worked well, but I am having side effects (headache, body aches) and want to try something more natural. I am going to try a probiotic and possibly a supplement called Cholocol. Curious if that is what you take...
