To rephrase your question, so that we are both on the same page:

You took your last inactive pill on March 19th, and missed your active (hormone-containing) pills for March 20, 21, 22nd? I assume you began taking your active pills on March 23rd, is this correct? Also, I am assuming the unprotected sex you had occurred after March 19th, correct?

You would have an increased chance of pregnancy, as missing two or more pills in-a-row (consecutive days) decreases the effectiveness of the pill. If you had unprotected sex within the last 120 hours, you can use emergency contraception to decrease your chances of pregnancy.

I wish I had other information for you, but missing the first week of pills, and having unprotected sex, does increase your chances for pregnancy. You can take a home pregnancy test during the week of your next inactive pills, if your withdrawal bleeding does not begin. Please let us know when your period begins!!
