Unfortunately, the real answer to your question is perhaps. There is always a possibility of pregnancy even on birth control as well as with the pull out method and so forth. You risk pregnancy every time you have sex.
You will certainly have to play the wait game. Wait until you miss a period and then take a pregnancy test. The abdominal pain could be many things including stress that is causing it. If you are in pain, you should seek assistance from a physician immediately.
