Since you bled right after missing the pills, the bleeding may have been from the absence of pills. It actually takes 10-14 days to become pregnant after unprotected sex (counting from the day you ovulated to the fertilized egg traveling from your fallopian tubes to your uterus, where it implants). This is why you could bleed immediately or a few days after, and the fertilized egg has not implanted yet.
When women are on the pill, they do not ovulate. When pills are missed, your body "gears up" with its own hormones to "take over" and this could result in ovulation. The likelihood of this one-time unprotected sex leading to pregnancy after taking the pills continuously for the three prior weeks is not high. In fact, a woman's chance of pregnancy when she is not using birth control and actively trying to conceive is only 20% each cycle. So, the odds are high in your favor on this one-time occurrence not leading to a pregnancy.
Sorry to not be able to help any further...I know you would like more reassurance than this, and it will feel like an extra long month until your next "period" begins.
