No type of birth control method is 100% guarenteed. The best answer to this question will be maybe. Anytime you have sex, there is a chance of pregnancy so the only way to really know would be to wait and see if you miss your period.
If you missed one day, the following day you should have taken two pills to catch yourself up...is this what you did?
